- You apply by name, with your registered business and your tax number.
- A person at CIASA reads your application and checks your business and tax details before you are let in, usually within two business days.
- The same standard applies to every agent, lawyer and adviser you will work with here. It is the network’s rule, not a badge.

Straight answers
- Is CIASA worth it for a selling agent?
- It depends on where your buyers come from. If you sell to international buyers and want to reach people who have already said what they want, CIASA fits: you see anonymised buyer demand matched to your listings by fit, and you pitch to it directly. Your listings stay yours and are never published as a feed. If most of your sales come from local walk-ins or your own portal enquiries, CIASA adds less: it sits beside your channels, it does not replace them.
- What does it cost?
- A subscription with a pitch allowance. Sending a pitch costs nothing. From launch, an unlock fee only when a buyer says they are interested, shown to you before you confirm, and a success fee when the sale completes, with the unlock fee deducted.
- Who are these buyers?
- People who told CIASA what they want and when, checked for readiness, and matched to your listing by fit.
- What if the buyer has a buying agent?
- Their agent reviews your pitch first and passes it on. You still reach the buyer through the same pitch.
- What happens to my listings?
- They stay yours, on your own channels. CIASA matches them to buyer demand and never publishes them as a feed.
